How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Processing time can vary depending on the order size and demand. I aim to process and ship all orders within 1-5 business days. Please read Returns and Shipping for estimated shipping times.

Can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information depending on the size of your order. If you have ordered something small and light, it will be posted with a lower cost shipping option. This will not include tracking, in which case it should be delivered to your mailbox or nearest pick up point within 1-2 weekdays days once shipped. All other parcels that have a higher shipping cost will include a tracking number and will either be delivered to your mailbox or nearest pick up point within 1-2 weekdays once shipped.

I haven't received a confirmation email, what should I do?
If you have not received a confirmation email within a couple of hours after placing your order, please email me at lilakattbutik@gmail.com and I will help you. Please always double check you have entered the correct email address before placing an order.
