Returns and Shipping
It is hoped that you and your cat will love your new product from Lila Katt. However, if you would like to return an item, please read below. If an incorrect item has been sent, please contact me at lilakattbutik@gmail.com and I will happily fix the issue for you.
Returns
To return your item, please email me at lilakattbutik@gmail.com quoting your order number to start the return process.

Items returned within 14 days of purchase will receive a full refund.

The item to be returned must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

When your return item has been delivered back to me, I will process your refund as soon as possible.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and you are responsible for any return shipping costs/loss of items during shipping.

Processing time for orders is 1-5 weekdays.

All items are shipped using Postnord services.

Standard shipping for smaller parcels does not include tracking. Tracking is included on larger parcels. Parcels will be delivered to your home address or to the nearest pick-up point.

Shipping time is estimated between 1-2 weekdays.
