Once you have completed a purchase with Lila Katt, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided. Please ensure you have included the correct email address at the checkout. This confirmation email is your receipt of purchase and will be useful if you need to contact me in regards to your order or start a return. RETURNS AND SHIPPING

You may return an item within 14 days of the date that the item was received, provided it has been unused and in the same condition you received it. Shipping and return shipping costs are not included within a refund. All deliveries are made with PostNord within Sweden.
